OEM / ODM Process

01

Design & Engineering

Whether you start from drawings, reference photos, or just a concept, our engineering team transforms your ideas into manufacturable product specifications, BOMs, and production drawings, all embedded into standardized SOPs to keep every stage aligned.

02

Prototyping & Samples

Fast prototyping with clear timelines. We work with you to iteratively refine finishes, hardware, and construction details until the golden sample is approved and locked as the single reference for mass production.

03

Tooling & Pilot Runs

Once jigs, fixtures, and CNC programs are finalized, we validate assembly, finishing, and packaging through pilot runs. Process parameters are fine-tuned based on pilot data and quality records before ramping into full production.

04

Mass Production & Quality Control

During mass production, standardized SOPs govern both in-line and final inspections, including moisture content measurement, hardware torque testing, and drop-test verification of packaging, ensuring every container ships at a consistent quality level.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Four pillars behind every container

Precision machining, safe finishing, automated coating lines, and an engineering team that communicates seamlessly with you — these are the everyday foundations of our Đồng Nai plant and the reason we can deliver stable volume production.

CNC machining and factory floor at ASY

01 · Machining

High-volume precision × skilled craftsmanship

Advanced CNC machining centers, molding machines, drilling lines, and wide-belt sanders provide the output of a modern factory. Skilled Vietnamese and Taiwanese craftsmen then complete joinery, curved surfaces, and fine details that machines alone cannot achieve, balancing capacity with craftsmanship.

Non-toxic finishing process for nursery furniture

02 · Finishing

Nursery-grade coatings

Every crib and dresser goes through tightly controlled low-VOC finishing processes. Our finish library supports applicable US safety requirements for nursery and children's furniture, with options available to support low-emission certification on request — from natural bleached looks to two-tone painted collections.

Automated coating and curing line

03 · Coating Lines

Automated, high-throughput output

Through standardized parameter control across coil coating, overhead conveyor coating, and roll-coating systems, we ensure color consistency, uniform film thickness, and a controlled curing process, maintaining stable coating quality even under high-volume production.

R&D and engineering team working on CAD drawings

04 · Engineering & R&D

Professional product planning & documentation

Led by a Taiwanese team with over 30 years of experience, our R&D department turns your concepts (sketches, references, or spec sheets) into manufacturable blueprints, complete BOMs, and standardized SOPs. All inspection standards and work instructions are maintained in multilingual formats (English / Chinese / Vietnamese) so every workstation fully understands the specifications and process requirements.

Materials & Finishes

A materials library aligned with your brand language

We accurately match your color standards and finish targets — from Nordic natural tones to playful nursery collections. Our finishing systems support applicable US requirements for children's furniture and low-VOC regulations, supporting long-term retail and brand programs.

Materials

  • ASY supports a wide range of wood species, wood-based materials and real-wood veneer programs — selected per project based on product design, target market, cost target, structure, material supply and customer requirements.
  • Engineered panels: MDF / plywood / particleboard, sourced per program requirements.
  • Mixed materials: Metal, rattan, glass, and upholstery accents available on request to support diverse design languages.
  • FSC program support available on customer request, to align with sustainability and brand-responsibility goals.

Finish Options

  • Clear and stained NC lacquer systems.
  • Water-based, low-VOC finishing systems.
  • Wire-brushed and embossed surface effects.
  • Low-VOC finishing systems with options available to support low-emission certification on request for nursery and children's furniture programs.

Packaging & In-plant Testing

Packaging engineered for ocean freight, validated in-plant

Packaging is never an afterthought. Our structural packaging team designs corrugated, foam, and honeycomb solutions for both flat-packed and fully assembled nursery furniture. Every new program is validated in our in-plant test area before shipping.

Structural Packaging Design

For each SKU, we tailor carton structures, internal supports, and reinforcements to its weight, geometry, and stacking pattern, optimized for both FCL and LCL shipments, balancing logistics efficiency with shelf presentation.

Drop, Vibration & Compression Testing

In-plant drop tests, vibration table trials, and compression checks are executed according to relevant ISTA profiles, exposing and correcting structural and packaging issues before mass production, reducing transportation risk.

Retail-ready Packaging

Multilingual instruction manuals, hardware packs, print proofs, and barcode cartons are prepared to meet large retail and big-box logistics requirements, enabling direct flow into distribution centers and onto shelves.

Hardware & Safety

Hardware & Safety Features

We support multiple drawer-slide and hardware configurations based on product design, target market, performance expectations, and cost targets. Available options include N-type drawer slides, ball-bearing slides, soft-close ball-bearing slides, undermount slides, and wooden slides. For applicable storage and casegoods programs, we can also support anti-tip oriented engineering solutions, including interlock hardware that allows only one drawer to open at a time where required. Hardware specifications can be adjusted to match functional, safety, retail, and compliance requirements.

N-Type Drawer Slides

Cost-efficient N-type slides for entry-price casegoods where a smooth, stable drawer travel is the priority.

Ball-Bearing Slides

Full-extension ball-bearing runners engineered for higher load ratings and long service life in dresser and nightstand programs.

Soft-Close Ball-Bearing Slides

Soft-close ball-bearing runners for premium casegoods — quiet retraction, retail-showroom feel, adjustable across the standard sizes.

Undermount Slides

Undermount drawer slides concealed beneath the drawer box for a clean interior look, full extension, and soft-close options.

Wooden Slides

Traditional wooden drawer slides for heritage, craft, or natural-finish programs where all-wood construction is part of the design story.

Anti-Tip Interlock Hardware

Interlock mechanisms that allow only one drawer to open at a time — a common retailer requirement for tall chests and storage programs.

Anti-Tip Cabinet Engineering

Case and cabinet structures are engineered with center-of-gravity and tip-load analysis in mind, so anti-tip performance is built into the product, not just added through hardware.

Market-Specific Configuration

Slide types, load ratings, and safety features are selected per program — balancing functionality, cost, retail positioning, and destination-market compliance.

Packaging & Retail Readiness

Retail-ready packaging engineered per market

Different markets and retail channels have different requirements. We adapt packaging materials, structure, labeling and documentation to match — so cartons flow through the DC and onto shelves without rework.

Requirement-Driven Packaging

Packaging is developed against your program brief — carton size, print, insert structure and hardware pack designed to meet retail, export and safety expectations.

Mainstream Materials & Structures

Corrugated, foam, honeycomb and mixed structural inserts — matched to product weight, SKU geometry and container stacking pattern.

Export & Retail Ready

Packaging engineered for ocean freight and downstream retail flow: label placement, barcode cartons, print proofs and multilingual manuals prepared per market.

Part of the OEM/ODM Package

Packaging development runs alongside product engineering — not bolted on at the end — so retail-channel and safety requirements are designed in from day one.

Materials & Construction

Material and finish selections adapted to your market

We offer a wide range of solid wood species, all kiln-dried and selected to match your product, finish and target market requirements. We can also build programs around real wood veneer over engineered substrate when a lifestyle price point demands it.

Construction options span solid-wood frames, wood-and-panel casegoods, veneer-wrapped surfaces, upholstered add-ons and mixed-material designs. Finish systems cover water-based low-VOC, NC lacquer, stains, painted two-tones and wire-brushed or embossed textures.

Material and finish selections are always driven by three inputs: your target market's compliance rules, the retail price point, and the product story. Our engineering team proposes the combination that hits all three — not a fixed catalog.
